Refund policy

 

You may return items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

To qualify for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition as when it was delivered, including being undamaged and returned in its original packaging.

Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it and notify you whether your refund has been approved. If the return meets our requirements, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 business days.


How to Request a Return

To submit a return request, please follow the steps below.

Request a Return Through Your Account

  1. Locate the order you would like to return and click “Request return.”

  2. If the order contains multiple items, select the specific items you wish to send back.

  3. Choose the reason for the return and include any additional notes that may help our team.

  4. Click “Request return” to complete and submit your request.


What Happens Next?

If your return request is approved and the item needs to be shipped back, you will receive an email containing detailed instructions and a return shipping label.

After we receive and review the returned item, we will process your refund in accordance with our policy.
